	<< President/ Executive Director: Mr. John Halder 319-398-5653 jhalder@kirkwood.edu As President of CCID, Halder has oversight of all aspects of the organization, and in particular manages the monthly Executive Committee meetings and twice yearly meetings of the Board of Directors. As CEO he has oversight of student mobility programs, teacher development programs, conferences, and special training focused on global education, as well as assisting clients with vocational and professional program models, workforce development, curriculum, and needs assessments. He leads communication with domestic and non-domestic colleges and organizations, and is focusing on developing the global capacity of the organization.

	Executive Assistant to the President: >> Ms. Carrie Anderson 319-398-7681 canders@kirkwood.edu Carrie has been with CCID since 2007 and provides administrative and program support to the organization President and staff. She maintains all communications with the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Members. She also assists with the coordination of the Annual Conference, Summer Institute, and Professional Development Programs for the members.

	<< Manager: Ms. Andrea Siebenmann 319-398-7183 asieben@kirkwood.edu Andrea has been with the organization since 2002 and had administered a multitude of CCID activities. Currently, she manages all aspects of the CCID Troika Study Abroad programs, coordinates CCID events including the Annual Conference and Summer Institute, Grant Writing Workshop or Troika workshop. She is an ARO (Alternate Responsible Officer) for CCID's J-1 Visa program, and is responsibile for visa application issuance for professors and scholars as well as the program's compliance. She also oversees CCID budgets, and insurance issues.

	CCID National Director - CCI Programs: >> Ms. Carol Stax Brown 319-398-7644 csbrown@kirkwood.edu In cooperation with the US Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Carol is responsible for the overall administration and implementation of the Community College Initiative at CCID and participating colleges. In addition to supervising staff, Carol writes proposals and reports, coordinates compliance and administrative functions with Kirkwood Community College, and drives alumni and public relations. Carol acts as the liaison to the CCID board on issues related to CCI, and leads the CCI Forum, a group of presidents from participating colleges who provide direction and feedback on the program.

	<<CCID Assistant National Director - CCI Programs: Mr. Shawn Woodin 813-253-7018 swoodin@kirkwood.edu As Assistant National Director, Shawn led development of a Global Leadership Development curriculum, an essential component of the CCI Programs that exposes participants to leadership training and the principles of a democratic society, and how those ideas can be implemented upon their return home. He also works with external evaluators to monitor how program outcomes relate to the goals developed by the U.S. Department of State. He leads communication with the countries that send students to the programs, and is responsible for the budgeting of numerous Awards that support the CCI Programs.

	Program Manager - CCI Programs: >> Ms. Elizabeth Bergeron 319-398-7653 lberger@kirkwood.edu As a Program Manager, Liz is responsible for managing college implementation of the Community College Initiative Programs. Specifically, she manages CCID activities focused on placing, orienting, monitoring, and supporting participants from Egypt and several other nations pursuing studies in a variety of technical and professional fields at CCID member institutions. She works to effectively match participants to these institutions, organize training and development for campus-based staff, plan and deliver student orientations and develop appropriate processes and documentation to monitor and improve college delivery and the participant experience.

	<< Program Manager - CCI Programs: Ms. Mary Beth Hartenstine 206-878-3710 x3391 mhartenstine@highline.edu As a Program Manager, Mary Beth is responsible for managing college implementation of the Community College Initiative Programs. Specifically, she manages CCID activities focused on placing, orienting, monitoring, and supporting participants from Egypt and several other nations pursing studies in a variety of technical and professional fields at CCID member institutions. She works to effectively match participants to these institutions, organize training and development for campus-based staff, plan and deliver student orientations and develop appropriate processes and documentation to monitor and improve college delivery and the participant experience. Mary Beth also supports college implementation of the Community College Initiative for Instructors and Administrators-Egypt program.

	Program Communications Specialist - CCI Programs: >> Ms. Amanda Cook 319-398-7636 acook@kirkwood.edu As Program Communications Specialist, Amanda is responsible for managing general program communication, technical support, and publicity for the Community College Initiative. She supports the CCI website, networking activities, internal technical support, alumni relations and outreach, events reporting and cataloguing, database administration, and overall branding of CCI.

	<< Budget Manager - CCI Programs: Ms. Stephanie Marjeran 319-398-7749 Stephanie.Majeran@kirkwood.edu Stephanie works with CCID staff and participating colleges to support the financial components of the CCI Programs. Her responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, auditing and compliance, and college training.

	Grants Specialist - CCI Programs: >> Ms. Laura Donovan 319-398-7679 laura.donovan@kirkwood.edu Laura has been with CCID since September 2008 she is currently a Grants Specialist. Her responsibilities include compliance issues, subaward process, research, proposal coordination, and annual report filing for the CCI Programs. Her office is located in the Grants Services Department.

	<< Grants Project Coordinator - CCI Programs: Ms. Carla Bowers 319-398-7620 cbowers@kirkwood.edu Carla has been with CCID since May of 2007, as one of the first hired to administer the CCI grants. Currently, she focuses on student and college taxation issues, SEVIS documentation and health coverage for the CCI students, and serves as the point person for participating colleges in regard to these issues. She also has responsibilities for CCID financial matters.

	CCID Office Assistant (P/T): >> Ms. Janice Russell 319-398-7622 jrussel@kirkwood.edu Janice has been with CCID since 2005, providing support with general office duties, conferences and membership related issues. Currently, Janice assists with the CCID Troika Study Abroad Programs, processes CCID membership inquires, payments and MedEvac insurance requests. She is responsible for maintaining the CCID mailing data base and membership directories. Janice continues to provide support for the CCID Annual Conference and Summer Institute, as well as, an office back-up for all day-to-day activities.

	Office Assistant (P/T) - CCI Programs: Ms. Linda Falconer lfalcon@kirkwood.edu 319-398-7676 Linda has been with CCID since February 2008, providing support to the Grants Project Coordinator in regard to student and college Taxation issues, SEVIS documentation and health coverage for the CCI students.
