A SPECIAL AIRPORT SHUTTLE online booking for our group. Take advantage of the discounted round-trip fare at $35.00! One way: $20.00.
In order to be eligible for the discounted rate, CCID conference participants need to book the shuttle online at least 24 hours prior to their flight arrival. To change an existing reservation, call 1-866-596-2699, but only if you made the original reservation online.Follow this link to transportation options from MSY including other modes of transportation to/from or around the city.
Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policy: NOTE: All rooms reserved under the CCID group block will have a COMPLIMENTARY HIGH-SPEED INTERNET access. Since the hotel reservation system cannot be altered to show this, the online reservation still shows "Internet Access for a Fee" in the room description --- please disregard!
Consqeuently, there will be NO Cyber Cafe offered during the conference this year. Please note that the Sheraton also has a special SheratonLink in the lobby where you can check email and connect via Internet.

At the time of reservation, hotel requires Credit Card to guarantee your room; the card will be authorized on the day of arrival. Cancellation or changes to your reservation are allowed before the cut-off date, any changes after cut-off must be done by calling the hotel directly.
In order to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax to the credit card, cancellation must be made at least 3 days (72 hrs.) prior to your scheduled arrival date by calling the hotel directly at 1-888-627-7033 or 1-504-525-2500. Special request including king beds, connecting rooms, etc. are not guaranteed and will be granted based on availability on the day of arrival.Departures earlier than the scheduled check-out date will result in charges. Please check with the hotel should you need to leave earlier.
Always refer to the CCID or Community Colleges for International Development when you call the hotel to inquire or to make your reservation.
Check-in Time is 3:00 PM and Check-out Time is 12:00 PM.
